Mia got her cast off on December 21, 2009!! She is doing great. She is really active and loves playing with her toys. I took this pic while we waited to get her cast off at Children's Hospital.

 Mia fractured her leg on Nov 30, 2009

As you can see she adjusted quickly. She only has to wear a cast for 3 weeks.

She will get it off just in time for Christmas!

Unfortunately, the cast fell off her leg while sitting in her

high chair!!

So we had to go back and have a second cast put on.

This time they put a bend in the knee. Hope it stays on!

She enjoyed her moment without the cast on. She was in no pain.

She is a great patient. She had her leg up in the air.

I covered the ugly cast with a cute colorful sock.

The new cast hasn't slowed her down. She tried walking today.

She must be feeling stronger. Thats great!
